Due to popular demand, for students who have signed up for online training, we are offering a VIP Support Service that will provide you direct access to Patch Tattoo Therapy Teacher Aides 1-1 Support.


To sign up, first purchase the the course “Tattoo Lining Skills." Then go to the lesson “VIP Support” for sign-up instructions. 


Patch Tattoo Therapy Online Training VIP Support offers the following:


  • Private Group Chat on Instagram with Teacher's Aides (TA)
  • Who are TAs? 
  • Our TAs are tattoo artists fully trained by Jingxi on all the tattoo techniques (lining, shading, coloring and all), had their 1-1 apprenticeship with Jingxi and are currently making tattoos for real clients. They are familiar with Jingxi's teaching methods and are able to further clarify the techniques, along with providing a perspective of how those tattoo techniques can eventually help with making real tattoos.
  • TAs are responsible for answering questions, but Jingxi might step in to answer if needed. Jingxi will not directly answer everyone's questions.
  • How do TAs help?
  • TAs help answer your questions 1-1.
  • TAs help review your practice and provide feedback.
  • TAs select and submit valuable and important questions Jingxi for Jingxi's livestream Q&A sessions. 
  • Would Jingxi answer my questions 1-1 if I buy this service? No, Jingxi doesn't answer any questions until they're selected by TAs.
  • So I would never get my questions answered by Jingxi if I don't buy this service?
  • Jingxi would like to help everyone, but unfortunately Jingxi doesn't have time to review everyone's questions. Her tattoo waitlist is over a year, she is managing her studio full-time, leading training courses, and has ongoing art study herself to continuously level up. With Jingxi's current work schedule, she consistently works over 70 hours a week.
  • Before our livestream Q&A sessions, TAs will help to scan the community question center and select questions. If your question is valuable and important, it might be answered by Jingxi in the livestream session. We will prioritize the questions asked in the VIP group.
  • Can I ask any questions?
  • Only questions related to the released videos.
  • Anything outside the course frame or more advanced than what we've released would not be answered.
  • You also have to refer your question to a specific video part, e.g. Referring to Lesson "Tattoo Machine History", what's the difference in between A & B?"
  • Can I see other students' questions?
  • In this Group Chat, you can ask course related questions and gain visibility on other student questions + TA answers which will provide you additional understanding of the content.



General Guidelines:


  • VIP support has to be purchased every quarter (3 months at a time). Reason is because tattoo techniques take time to build up. Every little skill is built on a certain time of practice and every little improvement is built on the previous obtained skill. We do not support the method of "I'll save all my questions to the end of course and ask the TAs everything in a day." You will not actually understand the tattoo techniques until you've spent a certain time practicing every technique.
  • VIP Support is for serious students only who closely review lessons and complete all homework assignments.
  • Chat Support does not replace the lessons. It supplements it.
  • If questions have already been answered in lessons, FAQ, and the community, TAs might not answer it. We suggest reviewing those areas before asking questions.
  • If you ask a question, describe your question in detail and provide photos/references as necessary. Otherwise TAs might not be able to diagnose the actual problem.
  • Only ask questions related to the published lessons. Questions outside of lesson content will not be answered.
  • Do not abuse the group and ask too many questions, repeated questions, harass, spam the room, etc.
  • All chat history is confidential and follows the same Terms of Service and Privacy Policy as the online class.



TA Response Process and Policies:


  • If the question can be answered in the lesson or other document, we will refer to those materials.
  • If the question is complex or takes a very long time to answer, we may ask you to wait for an additional video, community post or other lesson form to answer your question.
  • If the question will be answered in a future lesson, we will tell you to wait.
  • Feedback will likely be within 24 hours on a business day, but it may take 48-72 business hours to respond.
  • Hours of service are typically normal business hours Monday through Friday which excludes holidays and weekends but we may respond at any time.
  • If there are many questions in the group, it could take even longer to provide feedback.
  • Given the somewhat casual/personal nature of this support program, we do not have a ticketing system to track every single question. You may need to ask again to get feedback if we do not respond within 3 business days.
  • We do not guarantee all questions will be answered, but we will try our best.



Additional Policies:


  • If any guidelines are broken, Patch Tattoo Therapy reserves the right to cancel service at any time for any user.
  • Since this is continuous support service, we do not provide refunds.
  • Billing is done quarterly and you can cancel the subscription at any time
  • If the time costs of this service prove to be too high, Patch Tattoo Therapy may increase the subscription price at any time, put a limit to numbers of questions asked, or cancel this service.
  • Patch Tattoo Therapy reserves the right to update policies at any time.

  • Price is $60 per month paid quarterly (every 3 months).
